Title: Even in
Autumn Medium: AcrylicGreen, even in
autumn. 
A message scratched into the surface of a tree trunk, the result of
a desire to express emotion. Not a loving act toward the tree, but a pledge of love to another
or place. The essence of preserving man kind and our surroundings where green, amongst the desire for modern
technology and comforts, is the order of the day both in practice and in colour. As contradictory as the
scratching.

How we are all similar creatures, we all feather our own nests. Once we have built the nest we
guard it, a little bit like the people in the Maleny area guard the area. Like the turkey mound, it will be
built, no matter how much scratching the surface is required. It seems that development continues, but unlike
the turkey mound, man made development leaves an indelible mark on the landscape

After the setting up it was the opening night
 
There was plenty of Atmosphere, food and wine. This was my first Professional Exhibition
Opening.
 
Trying to get the 3D glasses on one handed was a bit tricky, but I feel all enjoyed them
selves.
